The days seem a little darker

The days seem a little darker Since we have been apart The light has somehow faded Within this broken heart When I see a rainbow With the colours shining through I see a bridge up to heaven That will lead me back to you How can I look to the future When you are in the past The memories I will treasure Until I breathe my last I know when my time is over I'll no longer be in pain Then i'll climb that rainbow And we shall meet again
